Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) is a product of IBM. The meta model is formed in 1990 on basis of best practices of IBM and Insurance Companies.

IAA is not a quick installed pre-defined framework application but a meta-model enabling organizations to model their internal infra/software/hardware structure.

To implement IAA in an organization is a complicated process.
