The Accessibility and connectivity of your Samsung TV is in theory alright, but in practice very complicated. This page tries to make it somewhat less hard to do. First issue is how to connect your Apple Airpods to your Samsung Smart TV, Second issue discusses the option to connect a Bernafon Alpha to your Samsung, and to use them as 2nd sound-source next to your normal sound-source.

De Toegankelijkheid en connectiviteit van je Samsung TV is in theorie in orde, maar in de praktijk erg ingewikkeld. Deze pagina probeert het iets minder moeilijk te maken. Het eerste probleem os hoe jouw Apple Airpods met je Samsung Smart TV te verbinden, en daarna als 2e geluidsbron te gebruiken naast de normale geluidsbron. Het tweede onderwerp bespreekt de mogelijkheid om een Bernafon Alpha op je Samsung aan te sluiten.

Connecting an Airpod to a non-Apple device requires a separate action. First of all, make sure that all paired devices (iPhone, iPads, MacBooks) are not near the Samsung TV. Why? Because with their possible bluetooth connection, they might get in the way of another connection (with the Samsung TV). First register your Airpods as Bluetooth device to your TV-set. Home → Sound Bluetooth Speaker List, is only available if your device supports Bluetooth! With your AirPods in the charging case, open the lid. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until you see the status light flash white. When your AirPods appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, select them. Your Airpods are now registered. On your Samsung TV go to: Home → Settings General → Accessibility Search for Multi-output Audio. If this entry is grayed out there is no registered device in the neighborhood which can be coupled.

Een Airpod koppelen aan een niet Apple toestel vereist een aparte handeling. Allereerst zorg ervoor dat alle gekoppelde apparaten (iPhone, iPads, MacBooks) niet in de buurt van de Samsung TV bevinden. Waarom? Omdat zij met hun mogelijke bluetooth verbinding een ander verbinding (met de Samsung TV) in de weg kunnen staan. Allereerst meld je Airpods als bluetooth apparaat aan jouw Samsung TV. Home → Geluid Bluetooth Luidspreker Lijst, hetgeen alleen aanwezig als jouw apparaat Bluetooth ondersteunt. Met jouw Airpods in de oplaadbox, open de deksel. Druk op en houd ingedrukt de setup knop op de achterkant van de oplaadbox tot de status wir knippert. Als de Airpods verschijnen in de lijst van Bluetooth apparaten, selecteer ze. Jouw Airpods zijn aangemeld. Op de Samsung TV ga naar: Home → Instellingen Algemeen → Toegankelijkheid Zoek naar Multi-uitvoer Audio. Als deze optie is uitgegrijsd is er geen aangemeld apparaat dat gekoppeld kan worden in de buurt.
