Apple OSX has its own file compare utility called FileMerge. It is hidden in the Xcode tools, also known as developer tools.

Tools

The Application FileMerge is located in /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/FileMerge.app. You can also use the Spotlight Search Command (⌘-Spacebar) and then type filemerge.
