Since April, 1, 2006 I am member of the Orange Wellness Club. Fitness is good for the condition and the well feeling of people. So why not doing so?
Maximum Heart Frequency
The Maximum Heart Frequency (MHF) can be calculated using the formula:
- Man: 220 - Age
- Fem: 230 - Age

Training, Gender and Age
The different forms of training, the gender and age are factors in the calculation. In the table below the limits are given for the formula:

To unset the alarm use the s/s key. The order is 'days of the week', 'All' and 'Off' for all 8 alarms.
